Products, services, and events are provided by Spreading The Magic Limited. The words “you”, “your” and “the purchaser” refers to the person purchasing the product, your successors and assigns.

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

Caution Regarding Psychic Development Activities:
Occasionally psychic development activities can aggravate depression, anxiety, paranoia and other mental health conditions. (It can also cause emotional reactions within some people due to the personal nature of the work.) We would suggest that if you have, or suspect that you may have any of these issues, or are on long term medication for them, you should avoid psychic development activities. If you do wish to pursue them you should do so in a safe and understanding group environment or with an individual on a one to one basis. You should work with at least one experienced, knowledgeable and reputable practitioner who you feel comfortable with and who is aware of your personal situation and concerns.
It is your responsibility to seek appropriate advice for your personal situations, whether it is medical, legal, financial or other advice where required. Helen Leathers and Spreading The Magic cannot be held responsible for your actions, inaction, emotional distress or any other personal situation as a result of undertaking personal, spiritual or psychic development work mentioned on their websites, blog posts, or publications. This information is offered as guidance only and should not be construed as professional counselling or similar.
Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order. By purchasing services and / or products on any of our sites, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are not willing to be bound by these terms and conditions please do not purchase products or services from our sites.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove any or all of these terms and conditions at any time and each such change shall be effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of this site and purchase of services or products on this site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes. Please check the terms before every purchase.
If the revised terms apply to any existing provision of services, we will notify you of the changes.
You shall not purchase any services or products from our site if you are below the age of 18 years old because under this age, you do not have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Online Courses & Coaching In Psychic Development
Because we are unable to work closely with you, please do not book online courses or coaching if you suffer with, or suspect you may have any form of mental health condition including severe depression, anxiety or paranoia. (Please see the section ‘Caution Regarding Psychic Development Activities’.)
We cannot guarantee any individual results from undertaking our courses and exercises.
Lifetime Membership: Where Lifetime membership is offered on nay of our courses and programmes, this means that you aren’t limited to doing the course just once but can return to it as often as you wish to revisit any of the workshops, downloads and worksheets that are provided. For clarity, lifetime membership will be for a minimum of 6 months from the day you first join. If we decide to discontinue the any of the ‘Lifetime’ products for any reason, we will give all members 6 months notice.
You shall not have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation against us based on any statement in this Contract.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not give any representation, warranties or undertakings in relation to the services. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our Obligations: All products and services supplied by us are of satisfactory quality. Subject to these terms and conditions, you will be entitled to receive the product listed on your invoice / receipt.
Your Obligations: participation is your responsibility. If you fail to attend or participate in any event or make use of any service we provide then you forfeit that element of the programme and we are not obliged to repeat or redeliver it for you. We endeavour to record all possible elements and these will be made available to you where available.
It is not possible that any particular result or outcome can be guaranteed as a result of the programme and there is no guarantee of profit from following the programme. You acknowledge that the information provided is by way of example only and that business activities carry an inherent risk. Mistakes and losses are real possibilities and you accept full responsibility for this risk and its consequences. You agree to obtain independent investment, financial, and legal advice where necessary.
Enrollment: When we receive a completed order and payment from you equal to or greater than the smallest amount offered by us by way of payment plan, we will provide you with the product purchased.
Payment: When you purchase a product offered by us you agree to pay the purchase price via the method chosen by you at the time of registration. In many cases the purchase price represents a discount off the normal retail price of the product.
Payment is not dependent upon your level of participation in the programme, accessing available resources, or your level of results. It does secure your place in the programme subject to the application process and access to the resources. We incur significant costs in preparation of the programme irrespective of whether you make use of it.
Where payment is made by way of installment, all payments must be completed in full, regardless of your future actions. Installment payments cannot be varied or withheld unless directed by Spreading The Magic Limited.
If you do not pay any payments in full when they fall due, we may, at our discretion
Where an installment plan remains unpaid for 60 days from and including the due date, all overdue and future pending payments become immediately due. Spreading The Magic Limited may elect to take action to recover the full balance of purchase price payable by you. Any costs incurred will be payable by you.
Where a purchase is made jointly by more than one person, all persons taking the benefit of an offered product or service are jointly and severally liable for payment of the purchase price in full.
For purchases made by a company or trust, each/all director(s) or trustee(s) (as applicable) agree to jointly and severally personally guarantee payment of the purchase price in full.
Costs of Participation: You are responsible for meeting all of your associated with participating in the programme including any telephone charges, internet connection charges, transport, accommodation and catering expenses unless otherwise advised in writing by us.
Product Warranty: If any product that you receive under this agreement is found to be faulty, our only obligation to you is to replace the faulty product, subject to availability, within 10 business days of you returning the faulty product to us with a written request that the product be replaced.
VAT: Spreading The Magic Limited are not currently VAT registered in the U.K. However, if this situation changes, between the date of the order and the date of delivery we will adjust your invoice to allow for VAT / VAT rate changes, unless you have already paid in full before the registration / change of rate takes effect. We will endeavour to give you advance notice of VAT registration. Despite not currently being VAT registered, where you are living in the the EU, EU VAT may be required to be paid (currently on digital only products) this is added at the rate applicable for the country in which you reside.
Liability Exclusion: If either you or we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, neither party will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses expressly stated or which you or we could reasonably foresee would result from the failure to comply with these Conditions. Neither party will be responsible for loss of income or revenue, or loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data.
However, nothing in these conditions will limit or prevent claims for: foreseeable loss of or damage to physical property, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, any breach of these obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, or losses for which it is prohibited by section 7 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 to limit liability. , or any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful to exclude or attempt to exclude liability. To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited in aggregate to a full refund of your enrolment fee.
Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable to the other party for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances over which the affected party could not reasonably have exercised control. We will take steps to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these conditions can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Programme: We may invite 3rd party speakers or presenters to share their ideas, information, products or services in our products. We are not responsible for and do not endorse or approve any 3rd party products or services offered or referred to in the product.
Transfers and Substitutions: Many of our products include password-restricted access to online resources or attendance on webinars or live events. We do not permit you to share, resell or transfer access or attendance to another person.
We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these conditions to another organisation provided this does not act to your material detriment, but this will not affect your rights under these conditions.
Guarantee: Each product may have a specific guarantee. Please ask for details of the guarantee applicable to the product you have chosen to purchase. If your product has a money-back guarantee you must notify us in writing before the period of the guarantee expires. Access to any online resources you may have received as a bonus or as part of your enrolment will be removed.
Intellectual Property: The contents, and all other products and materials relating to the programme are subject to and are protected by copyright laws and are provided solely for your personal use. The copyright, design right and all other intellectual property rights in all such products and materials remain the property of the owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the rights owner. You agree not to do anything at anytime that would infringe on the intellectual property rights in such products and materials.
Non-Circumvention: We have invested a considerable amount of time and effort in to developing the products and services that we offer. You agree not to either directly or indirectly circumvent Spreading The Magic Limited in regard to any potential commercial exploitation relating to the materials or information with which you have been provided. This does not stop you from applying what you learn, you simply agree not to ‘pinch’ our ideas and run with them as if they were your own without our consent or involvement.
Confidentiality: You shall keep confidential any log in details for online content and shall take reasonable steps to ensure that no other person has access to those details. You shall maintain the privacy and confidentiality of us and your fellow participants and agree that all information disclosed by us or a fellow participant during the programme that is capable of being confidential must be kept confidential.
Privacy: Your personal details are never sold on to third party companies. They are stored on our online platform and you can opt out of receiving marketing materials from us whenever you wish by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link on our correspondence, or if you have a password-protected programme you can login in to your account and alter your settings as you wish.
Third Parties: A person who is not party to this agreement does not have any rights under or in connection with them.
Variations: These conditions, along with details on the order form accepted by us and along with the terms and conditions stated on the Attendee Agreement and Release form, record the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, representations, and agreements whether written or oral, in relation to the subject matter of these conditions. These conditions can only be varied in writing by a director of Spreading The Magic Limited.
Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you and we agree to the non -exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Notice of Rights to Cancel: You can cancel your purchase at any time as follows:
Cooling off period – You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (less the value of any products or materials already received by you which have not been returned to Spreading The Magic Limited) by advising us in writing or by email using the details below within 7 days of completing the order form. By completing the order form you have agreed that we may perform part of this agreement prior to the expiry of this cooling off period, including but not limited to providing you with products and services purchased. Notice of Cancellation is deemed served as soon as posted or on the day the email is sent
After the cooling of period – You may return your purchase at any time without refund by advising us in writing. Acceptance of your returned product does not waive your obligation to make payment of the enrolment fee as agreed at the time of purchase unless you are otherwise notified in writing by Spreading The Magic Limited.
Refunds are paid in the same way that your payment was made. E.g. if you paid by credit card, monies will be refunded to the same credit card account. Please note that we will do our best to refund monies to your promptly, however, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
